At HDBC we have two Sunday morning worship services with distinct worship styles.

 

The 8:30 service is more traditional. We use a piano and keyboard for instruments and we have a choir. Worship songs include traditional hymns as well as praise choruses.  This service will appeal to people who enjoy a more traditional style of worship.

 

The 10:45 service is more contemporary. This service is led by a praise band using guitars, drums and other percussion instruments. They use songs from groups and individuals such as Hillsong Singers, Third Day, Charlie Hall, Kutless and Chris Tomlin. This service will appeal to those who prefer a more energetic, upbeat worship style.

 

Both worship services include a relevant Bible-based message, times of prayer and reflection, an opportunity for giving and video presentations that aid in worship. Our goal is to provide a format that will enable each person to worship the Lord in spirit and in truth. You will feel comfortable in casual dress in either service.
